Role overview
As a Product Owner, you connect vision, design, and development. You turn user needs and business goals into meaningful, high-quality products that help people live healthier, better lives through smart digital experiences.
Requirements
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap based on data insights, user feedback, and strategic objectives.
- Lead technical refinements, ensuring all user stories are feasible, clearly defined, and aligned with the product vision.
- Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, business stakeholders, and partners to refine ideas into executable solutions.
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to improve team processes, remove blockers, and turn retrospectives into concrete improvement actions.
- Partner with our tester to validate and test releases, ensuring every flow is covered and meets quality standards and user expectations.
- Take ownership of release readiness — from QA validation to communication and delivery.
- Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and guide future iterations.
- Communicate the product vision through clear, inspiring storytelling that keeps everyone focused and aligned.
- Encourage open feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
